complete the items without rushing. 

And, you need to know now what your home might sell for and what your potential
proceeds will be.  This will better help you plan for your move.

You might even consider getting the home on the market a bit earlier.  I say this
because some areas have a low inventory.  Buyers are just waiting for homes to
come on the market.   Everyone waits until Spring and Summer, so if you list your
home a bit earlier, you will have less competition and buyers in wait.
