  • Assist in getting you financially pre-approved and to help you understand the closing costs that are involved and the down payment.  You must know what your cash investment will be to purchase your home, with no surprises.
  • Organize and guide you through the home buying process.
  • Explain contracts and addendum's that apply to your transaction.
  • Help you locate and purchase the home best suited to your family's needs and financial picture by defining your goals as a buyer and determining your most important considerations in selecting a home.

  • Make arrangements to show you properties at times that are convenient for you.
  • Preview properties ahead of time and provide you feedback.
  • Run a comparative market analysis (CMA) on any home you are interested in to ensure you are not paying over market value.
  • Negotiate on your behalf on the offer(s) you submit. 
  • Be available to answer your questions and offer assistance at anytime.
  • Assist in obtaining a Residential Service Contract (Home Warranty).
  • Explain and discuss expectations of a home inspection, provide a list of licensed home inspectors, and negotiate repairs on your behalf.
  • Treat you fairly and honestly, abiding by the Texas Real Estate License Act and Code of Ethics.
