Will My Home Sell In This Market?

Yes, in most cases your home will sell.  The current market is no different then past markets when it comes down to each home sellers situation.  What I mean by this is, for example, do you have to sell?  What is your motivation for selling?  What condition is the home in, and if needed, will you be on board for making a few changes in order to get it sold? 

If a home is in need of many repairs and/or is over priced, odds are, the home may not sell.  Again, this is true in any market.  Buyers will not pay too much for a home and they do not want a long 'to do list' before they even make an offer; would you? 

I am seeing that homes are selling. In fact, some areas have a low inventory of homes right now.  Buyers are just waiting for something new to come on the market.  But the home must be ready for them. It has to look its best, be priced right, and marketed well.  This combination will usually mean a sale.
